A Lilongwe-based liquor business woman, Judith Banda, 34, has on Saturday become the first woman to win two Plasma TV screens in the Premier Loto Village promotion during the final draw held in Lilongwe.
Banda staked K2000 to beat over 2000 contestants in the ongoing promotion to emerge the winner.
In an interview with local media,she said she will use the first TV screen to entertain her clients at her shop while the other one will be for home use.
On his part, Premier Loto Network Manager for Lilongwe, Veston Kambalame said his company is happy with the high patronage during the promotion.
So far, Premier loto has given out six TV screens and over 300 people have won branded T-Shirts.
