TNM on youth empowerment, set to bring ‘Agulu’ affordable internet packages

Mobile phone operator TNM says plans are in the in the pipeline for the company to introduce a package targeting the youth called ‘Agulu’.

Announcing the news during Gwamba’s musical show in Mzuzu, Segment Manager for TNM, Wanangwa Banda, said the package aims at empowering the youth to easily access the internet.

“At TNM we realise that the internet is the gateway to many aspects of development these days.

“We also realise that with the internet the youth can access limitless opportunities be it education, markets, applications just to mention a few, ” Banda said.

He further said the package will target the youth aged 26 and below.

Carrying the tagline ‘I have joined the movement’ Agulu’, TNM will provide a package that will have cheaper internet bundles, cheaper call bundles and many more freebies.

Established in 1995, TNM is the oldest telecommunications company in Malawi.
