Smacks bounces back with new song ‘Ndiwe?’

Singer Samuel Kaira popularly known as ‘Smacks’ in music circles has bounced back after a year in hibernation.

The last song that the musician released before taking a break was ‘Easy Baby’ which according to him did not do well as expected.

The new song that the singer has released is titled ‘Ndiwe?’ and has been recorded at Red Disc Studios while the video has been directed by VJ Ken.

Smacks kick-started his music career as a solo artist in 2012 after joining Dan Lu’s Rockers band in 2011 as a vocalist.

The Blantyre-based artist hogged the limelight in 2013 with his song “Ukawale” before he released other songs like Tsala, Heart attack and Zakwathu which he featured Nep Man.

Other notable songs by Smacks include Alowa M’banja, Nangondo, Mubenane, Carolina, Ulanda, ‘Undipweteka’ and the 2021 hit ‘Kodo’ which he featured Leslie.
