Malawi has opened a new embassy in Morocco.
The embassy is in the city of Rabat.
Attending the opening ceremony was Minister of Foreign Affairs Nancy Tembo.
According to Tembo,the opening of the embassy follows a directive by President Lazarus Chakwera as part of promoting diplomatic ties between the two countries.
Morocco opened its embassy in Malawi,Lilongwe last year.
