Podcast Malawi says it has entered into a partnership with Unicaf University aimed at enhancing higher education among Malawi’s youth.
In an interview with 247 Malawi News,Podcast Malawi Coordinator, Gertrude Mlanga said through the partnership, Unicaf University will provide Podcast Malawi subscribers, and all the youth in Malawi, with free short courses and exclusive merchandise for active followers of upcoming episodes.
“This initiative will leverage Podcast Malawi’s platform to discuss the accessibility and opportunities in higher education at Unicaf University, reaching a broad audience of young Malawians.
“The university is dedicated to integrating technology for interactive learning experiences, which enrich the educational journey,” she said.
Mlanga explained that the collaboration is set to improve the competitiveness of Malawian youth in the global job market by focusing on industry-relevant curricula and the development of essential soft skills.
“In addressing unemployment among the youth, Unicaf University champions education, entrepreneurship, and access to opportunities, aiming to foster economic advancement.
“The university also supports sustainability efforts, community engagement, and equitable access to education, with plans to expand its scholarship programs and academic offerings soon,” said Mlanga.
