As part of keeping Lucius Banda’s music alive, his son, Johnny, has launched a series of shows with Zembani Band.

In an interview, Johnny said the shows will feature a mix of his father’s iconic songs and his own original music.

He said the first performances will take place this weekend in Mangochi and Salima, marking the end of a 40-day mourning period.

Johnny assured that the group’s performance will be impressive, as they were nurtured by the late Banda.
