Sycamore Consult Limited founder and managing director Audrey Mwala has urged employees in the country to embrace entrepreneurship to navigate the ever-rising cost of living in the country.
Mwala said this on Friday during a Wealth Creation Conference in Blantyre.
She emphasized the importance of maintaining a disciplined lifestyle to achieve wealth creation.
“The secret to wealth creation is to maintain your life even when you advance in your income. Let’s spend money on those things which we can manage,” she said.
Mwala commended the group’s partners and clients for supporting them since the organisation was established five years ago.
On her presentation, Malawi University of Science and Technology(MUST) Vice-Chancellor Professor Address Malata,appealed to people to embrace innovative and entrepreneurship which are crucial to the development of the country.
Among others, entrepreneurs Benedicto Nkhoma, Abdul Rashid Munaf, Stain Singo and Pastor Emma Mwasinga made inspirational talks and presentations during the day-long event.
