Uladi Musa, who recently made the switch from the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) to the Malawi Congress Party (MCP), has expressed confidence in the MCP’s ability to win next year’s elections. Speaking at a gathering, Musa highlighted that the MCP is the only party fully equipped with the necessary resources and leadership to secure victory in the 2025 elections.

Musa emphasized that, unlike other parties, the MCP has demonstrated a strong foundation and strategic vision, which he believes will resonate with the electorate. “No other party stands a chance of winning the upcoming elections,” Musa stated, stressing that the MCP is the best positioned to address the challenges Malawi faces.

Musa’s confidence stems from what he describes as the party’s proven track record under President Lazarus Chakwera. According to him, the MCP has shown an unmatched commitment to development and progress, making it the natural choice for voters in the next elections. He urged supporters and fellow politicians to rally behind the MCP as it prepares to lead Malawi into a new chapter.

In his remarks, Musa dismissed the possibility of any other party winning the 2025 elections. He argued that while other parties may be active in their campaigns, they lack the cohesive leadership and strategic planning necessary to overcome the MCP. Musa encouraged Malawians to recognize the importance of choosing a party that has both the experience and vision to lead effectively.

Uladi Musa’s shift to the MCP and his bold statements reflect the growing confidence within the party as it gears up for the 2025 elections. His declaration that the MCP is the only party capable of winning underscores his belief in the leadership of President Chakwera and the party’s ability to tackle the challenges Malawi faces. As the elections draw closer, Musa’s comments are likely to resonate with supporters eager for continued progress under the MCP.
