The Homeland Security Minister Hon Ezekiel Peter Ching’oma, MP announced construction of twenty three more Police houses to be constructed, 15 at Nathenje, 8 at Mkhoma. The Minister challenged stakeholders to consider aligning themselves to Chakwera’s vision in order to further achieve their development aspirations.

Ching’oma made the remarks at Nkhoma Mission hall where on Saturday he engaged thousands of stakeholders drawn from different sectors among them being market leaders, Area Development Committee and Village Development Committee members, headteachers, PEAs, MCP Zone leaders, MCP constituency leaders, MCP district Committee leaders, MCP veterans, church leaders from different denominations, all TAs and Group Village Heads from Lilongwe East and Lilongwe Mpenu Nkhoma.
The Minister told stakeholders that Chakwera’s government will continue delivering developments in all areas as his aim is to see all Malawians living a better life.
The Minister has however told Nkhoma people that 8 police houses are to be built at Nkhoma Police.
Ching’oma has been conducting a series of these meetings and he will do the same in all constituencies in Lilongwe district.
