Marine police are searching for people that are missing following the sinking of a boat they were travelling in on Lake Malawi.
National Police Spokesperson, Peter Kalaya, said at the moment they have managed to rescue three people who were in the boat.
The boat was coming from Chizumulu Island to Nkhatabay.
The police said after interviewing the rescued people they have established that there were over 14 people in the boat.
