Minibus Owners Association of Malawi (MOAM) has called on all Minibus owners in the country who operate on long routes to go and obtain Passenger Service Vehicle(PSV) log books from the Department of Road Traffic and Safety Services before March 31,2023.
In a statement, the association’s Secretary General Coxley Kamange says this is due that enforcement of the log books will come into force starting from April 1 this year.
He adds that now authorities from the enforcement department will be in a full check to make sure everyone abides by the vehicle’s log book guide lines.
Meanwhile, the association has urged the minibus owners,and their drivers to be in cooperation so as to avoid atrocities that may result from misconducts and law negligence.
