As part of celebrating the 21t anniversary of the Kuche Kuche brand, the country’s leading brewery manufacturer Castel Malawi Limited on Friday evening launched the Kuche Kuche Black Edition at an event that took place at Edge Water Court in Area 47, Lilongwe.
Speaking during the launch, Head of Marketing for Castel Malawi Frank Binauli said they acknowledge the value Kuche Kuche has created on consumers and the economy.
He said however, the move of bringing a black edition was done as part of its efforts to engage its customers in change.
According to Binauli, the company also has plans to carry-out various promotions to give back to their customers.
“The black colour label of the new edition connects with the brand’s historical memories, commonly shared in black and white.
“The product features include 330ml returnable glass bottle with an ABV of 3.7%, priced at MK800.
“It is the same Kuche Kuche, only with a new label and packaged in an amber bottle for this limited edition,” said Binauli.
Kuche Kuche was introduced on the market in 2002 and turns 21 years of existence this year.
