AFORD President Meets with Rumphi Muslim Leaders

Alliance for Democracy (AFORD) President, Right Honorable Enoch Kamzingeni Chihana, met with Muslim leaders from the At-tareeqatul Quadiriyyah Sunni Association and representatives from 182 mosques in the district. This meeting provided a platform for President Chihana to engage with Muslim leaders and discuss pressing issues affecting the district.

President Chihana’s commitment to inclusivity was further demonstrated as he proceeded to meet with traditional leaders from Rumphi, including senior chiefs and village headmen. This meeting aimed to discuss development initiatives, listen to their concerns, and outline AFORD’s vision for the district. By engaging with both Muslim leaders and traditional leaders, President Chihana has shown his dedication to working with all stakeholders to promote development and unity in Rumphi District.
