Musician Jay Jay Cee , has said all is set for the launch of his album titled ‘Pamodzi’ at Robins Park in Blantyre on Saturday, November 4,2023.
The album launch has lined up a number of top musicians in the country who have already confirmed their availability on the day.
Speaking in an interview with 247 Malawi on Friday evening, JayJay cee whose real name is James Chitsonga, founder of Raj Nation record label, said all was set for the event and assured people to expect nothing but the best from him and the rest of the artists.
“All the preparations for the event are done and we are just waiting for the big day to come.”
“I would like to urge all music lovers in the country to come in large numbers and witness this big event,” he said.
Some of the artists expected to spice up the album launch include Lulu, Driemo, Eli Njuchi, Sangie, Nepman, Wikise, Phyzix, Gibo Pearson, Hilco, Kellie Divine Njuchi, Zonke Too Fresh, Chibelekero, Chizmo, Achina Gattah Ase and Black Nina.
The album launch was supposed to take place on October 7 but was postponed due to a number of free events that were slated to take place on the same day.
