A Human Rights Activist based in South Africa Sir Charles Ben Longwe, has expressed his grave concern with death of musicians in the country advising all to open their eyes by not receiving gifts from people with connections to the secret societies.
Longwe said the devil is doing his part in Malawi advising all artists and musicians to be thankful with whatever the little God has given and be satisfied with that claiming that the Malawi of today is different from that of yesterday.
He said many artists and musicians have join secret societies for they don’t know that they are singing through darkness to those who gave them gifts that if they say ‘’NO” they are being killed mysteriously afraid of revealing their secrets.
Speaking through an audio clip circulating in various social media platforms, Ben Longwe has advised musicians not to involve themselves with people who are part and parcel of things of the darkness to save them from being eliminated through poisoning.
Longwe has appealed to upcoming musicians to be careful with well known musicians wanting them to share the stage with them claiming that some had hidden agendas for one to join secret societies advising them to work very hard and not rushing to quick riches.
He has warned musicians to see who is inviting them to share the stage and if given a special chair, why being given that chair advising them not to be excited with the chair given, they will be escorted to the grave leaving behind their blessed music outside.
“If called to attend a meeting, don’t allow yourself to be given a special chair reserved for you, sit with the public,” said Longwe.
He said temptations of money are going to musicians to kill their mothers and fathers for them to succeed in the music industry advising them to pray to God the Almighty that they should be given a God-fearing Director or Manager.
Longwe has offered his heartfelt condolences to bereaved families who have lost their talented musicians expressing his concern that four musicians have already gone including Atoti Manje and Thomas “Chenkhumba” Chibade with a warning that if not careful, many will die, some people are killing others mysteriously.
