He said the song is currently on all major streaming sites such as Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music and Boomplay.

Black Isco said the much anticipated song was produced by Jasondus in Lilongwe, and recorded in Blantyre.

Asked to say what people should expect from him this year, the artist said :”They should expect more music and more live performances.

“I am currently working on my sixth album called ‘Berlinetta Thoughts’. The album will be one of the my best works.”

The artist went on to describe the current Malawi’s music industry as the one which is performing better than before.

He described: ” There is more opportunity today than 10 years ago. It is also easier to reach listeners and even to put together shows independently because of the increased availability of information, thanks in part to the internet. Of course there’s plenty to be done to improve the industry including more investment in sound equipment both in the studio and on stage, there can be more collaboration as well, but also when it comes to live shows we need to be more professional, show up on time to perform, and promoters should also compensate artists fairly.”

He then called on fellow musicians in the country to always have confident and dream high if they are to do amazing work in their music carrier.

Black Isco started making music in 2009.

He took a 6 year break from 2012 to 2018 to focus on education and work as a sales consultant at a certain company.

The artist has 59 songs and 20 to 30 features with other artists such as C-Scripture, Sage Poet and The King’s Rifles.

Internationally he is inspired by artists like Nas, Eminem, Lupe Fiasco, Big K.R.I.T and Kanye West.
