Blue Eagles call for broken wings operation

Eagles are failing to fly in the 2023 TNM Super League season just as they did last season as they came out as runners up and this has called for an immediate operation at the team.

The Area 30-based side, Blue Eagles have called for a meeting of teamms officials, players and coaching panel on Wednesday to sort out problems affecting the team in a poor run of results this season.

This comes after the team’s head coach, Eliya Kananji, asked for an emergency meeting of the team’s stakeholder after getting stuck in the relegation zone of the team.

After their 0-1 loss to Moyale Barracks, Kananji said things are abnormal as they have a usual complaint in every game and team officials need to talk to players.

“It’s something that I’m also failing to explain, we are creating chances but failing to score and I think bosses need to talk to the players secretly maybe there’s a problem which needs to be solved,” said Kananji after the loss.

The team sit 15th on the log table with 17 points after having three wins only in 18 games they have played this season. Since the start of the second round, the team has collected only a point, a 2-2 home draw against Blue Eagles but have lost away to Silver Strikers and at home against Moyale Barracks.
