Bullets outcasts shine in their new clubs

Former Nyasa Big Bullets players Sankhani Mkandawire and Chiukepo Msowoya have started life in their new clubs on a high note as they register a goal each in the friendly matches played on Saturday.

Mkandawire was on the score sheet for his new team Blue Eagles FC as they beat TNM super league debutants Sable Farming 1-0 at Nankhaka ground.

In Blantyre, another Bullets reject Chiukepo Msowoya was among the scorers when Mighty Wanderers beat Fomo FC 3-0 in a friendly match in readiness for the forthcoming TNM super league season.

In a related development, a Bullets fan popularly known as Dalitso today presented a microwave to Sankhani Mkandawire in appreciation for services the defender rendered during his time with the peoples team.

Meanwhile as friendly games continue, Sable Farming will on Sunday travel to Zomba where they are expected to meet Southern Region premier league side Changalume Barracks.

This will be Sable’s third outing a head of their debut super league season as they claimed a 2-1 victory against Red Lions last week before Saturday’s defeat at Blue Eagles.
