FCB Nyasa Big Bullets have become the first team to win the FDH Bank Cup for two consecutive seasons after beating Mafco FC 3-0 at Bingu National Stadium (BNS) in Lilongwe

Lanjesi Nkhoma put the People’s team ahead just six minutes from kick-off with a simple tap in after receiving a cross from Stanley Billiati.

Nkhoma doubled Bullets’ lead six minutes later with a cool finish, connecting well a Patrick Mwaungulu’s pass inside the penalty box.

Ephraim Kondowe scored the third goal for Bullets in the 50th minute to seal the victory and give the Ndirande outfit their first silverware this season.

Kondowe scored with a simple tap in after receiving an excellent pass from man of the match Patrick Mwaungulu.

Silver Strikers won the first edition of the FDH Cup followed by Bullets who won it last year after beating their juniors, FCB Nyasa Big Bullets Reserve.
