Prophet Shepherd Bushiri reveals they have so far received over 600 emails from people world over expressing interest to buy apartments at his magnificent multi-billion kwacha state of the art Goshen City in Monkeybay, Mangochi.He has disclosed this on Monday during his presentation to Local Government Minister , Professor Blessings Chinsinga and his deputy Halima Daudi and other government officials about the City’s vision.
Bushiri adds they also plan to purchase ten big buses to be ferrying people to and from his Goshen City from across the country’s cities.He has since challenged government to improve the road network to invite more investors willing to come to Malawi for various big investments.Meanwhile, Minister Chinsinga describes Bushiri’s project as historic; saying that is what the country needs for its desired transformation and development.
The first phase of the Goshen City, currently under construction, will cost at least 50 million dollars. Among others, the project will have an international airport, a five star hotel, a 5000 capacity conference hall, a stadium, a high school and university and a hospital.
