One of the country’s beer brewing companies Castel Malawi Limited has officially launched the new 330ml packaging for its iconic spirits,Malawi Gin Malawi Vodka and Premier Brandy.
The new packaging is an extension to the existing spirit line.
Speaking during the event that took place at Grand Business Park in Lilongwe on Friday 24 February 2023, the company’s Sales and Marketing Director, Nelson Zoto Banda said this is part of their efforts to innovate and deliver quality products to the market.
” We aim to be very innovative and make our product accessible to everyone. That is why we thought of bringing the new accessible packaging ,” said Zoto.
Zoto said the change of the package has not changed anything as the taste of the spirits is the same.
Said Zoto:” It is the same spirit that people enjoy in pubs.
“The same iconic Malawi Gin, the same charming Malawi Vodka and the same smooth Premier Brandy.
“Yes, this is the same Spirit of Malawi with the same punch.”
The 750ml of Malawi Gin , Malawi Vodka and Premier Bandy bottles remain on the market and coexist with the 330ml bottles.
Malawi Gin and Malawi Vodka is selling at K2,500 while Premier Brandy at at K4,000.
