CTS Courier owner Jacqueline Msiska Bokosi wins ‘Woman of Influence’ award

Founder of CTS Courier Jacqueline Msiska Bokosi, on Friday won ‘Woman of Influence’ award at Business In-detail Magazine (BIM) and Parliament Awards held at Crossroads Hotel in Blantyre.

The prestigious award is a testament to her hard work and dedication to making a positive impact in her community.



In an interview with 247 Malawi News,Msiska Bokosi expressed her gratitude and humility upon receiving the award, attributing her success to her late husband,Richard Bokosi, who she credited with shaping her into the woman she is today.

As a pioneering entrepreneur, Msiska Bokosi said she made it her mission to provide exceptional service to her customers, often going above and beyond to meet their needs.

She said her tireless work ethic and commitment to excellence have earned her a reputation as a leader in her industry.

Msiska Bokosi advised women to always believe in themselves and their abilities, emphasizing that they have the power to achieve their goals.

She also encouraged women to start small businesses, be confident, and persevere through challenges.

She revealed that CTS has exciting plans for the future, including the launch of a new funeral service business in Lilongwe on June 1, 2025.

“The company is also upgrading its system from manual to digital to enhance security and prevent fraud.

“Additionally, CTS Courier aims to expand its operations to the districts and eventually go international.

“Customers can expect more promotions, improved services, and exceptional customer care from CTS Courier in 2025,” said Msiska Bokosi.

During the awards, CTS Courier was named the ‘Best Courier Service ‘ in Malawi.
