Former ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) has called on President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera-led-government to take immediate action and assist in restoring its hacked official Facebook page.

In a statement, the party’s spokesperson Shadreck Namalomba describes the hacking of their Facebook page as a deliberate attempt to undermine their democratic rights and freedom of expression.
