DPP civil war gears up as thousands of supporters to throng Page House on 26 July

By Linda Kwanjana

Angry Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) after becoming furious with what is happening in their party have agreed to besiege Page House where the two camps will face each other.

This follows reports that two major camps have emerged in the party.

These camps include those endorsing the return of Peter Mutharika and those refusing to endorse Mutharika.

The argument of those refusing to endorse Mutharika is that he is too frail and old to run the affairs of the party.

While the argument of those endorsing Mutharika is that he did well during his tenure of office and that they want him to continue looting state coffers.

According to the audio advert in circulation all DPP members are being asked to converge at Page House to meet those causing havoc and confusion within the party.

It is not known how Madala team will react to this development but besieging Mutharika House will be a sign of real fight into the struggle.
