Former President Dr. Bakili Muluzi has expressed deep sorrow over the death of his former press secretary, Willie Zingani, who passed away today in Lilongwe. Muluzi, reflecting on Zingani’s contributions, highlighted his multifaceted talents as a researcher, poet, and author.
Zingani, who served as Muluzi’s press secretary for a decade, played a crucial role in the development of Muluzi’s book, “Democracy with a Price: The History of Malawi since 1900”. Muluzi praised Zingani’s significant contributions to the book, acknowledging his expertise and dedication.
