A patriotic Malawian and freedom fighter from the Utopian Philosophy Bantu Saunders Jumah the Utopian, has advised Malawians that whether they will hate or love him, he will remain a person “Black is Black”, ‘White will remain White,” claiming that the death of Dr. Saulosi Klaus Chilima was not accident.
Jumah says in 1983 the late John Zenus Ungapake Tembo (JZU) forced the whole nation to believe that Dick Matenje, Aaron Gadama, Twaibu Sangala and David Chiwanga had fled and while on their way, they were involved in an accident at Thambani in Mwanza district.
He says in 2024 Malawians are not going to follow that rubbish observing that those with blood in their hands cannot or will not worry of the departed soul of Dr. Chilima and are against anyone talking about Chilima’s murder as a campaign to advance their political agendas.
Writing not as a President of the party but a patriotic citizen of Malawi, Jumah says Malawians are demanding a Commission of Inquiry to establish the true cause of the plane crash in the Chikangawa forest on 10th June, 2024 wondering why the government of the MCP is so quiet.
Jumah has expressed his grave concern that a Commission of Inquiry over the dawn arrest of the former ACB czar Martha Chizuma was done, why not with the departed Vice President Dr. Saulosi Chilima claiming that MDF and a Germany aircraft report is not a Commission of Inquiry.
He says in 1994 Malawians did away with censorship under dictatorship of Ngwazi Dr. Hastings Kamuzu Banda, today, they are in democracy with freedom of speech for the country’s citizens to know everything happening in the country for them to be making informed decisions.
The Utopian says when DPP under Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika was in power, various groups were created to expose evils of the DPPs questioning Malawians why today the MCP led government is not allowing citizens to speak freely on Chilima’s death?
He says when DPP was in power, he, patriotic Malawians and the late Dr. Haswel Bandawe were there criticizing DPP and their panga knives (Zikwanje) killings questioning Malawians why today, they are being stopped from criticizing MCP and President Chakwera?
“We were threatened with deaths and police arrests but we managed to dislodge the DPP and Professor Mutharika mainly because of the expose,” says Jumah.
He says the day this country will choose to speak the truth, will be of liberation observing that in 2020 Malawians wanted total change not President Chakwera copying and pasting the same what the DPP and Professor Mutharika were doing in government.
Jumah has urged Malawians to rise up arguing that they cannot fold their arms when their prophets are being silenced and killed saying the MCP of Chakwera is doing worse than what Professor Mutharika was doing curtailing freedom of speech of exposing K15 trillion borrowed without any flagship project visible.
