Political activist Bon Kalindo has praised Madam Mary Chilima, widow for the departed Vice President of the Republic of Malawi Dr. Saulosi Klaus Chilima, as a woman who is strong and has courage to silence all including President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera.
Kalindo said Mary Chilima took a strong brick and throw it to President Chakwera, his Vice Dr. Michael Usi, MCP Cabinet Ministers and Malawians watching televisions that he invited President Chakwera to SKC Foundation launch for a purpose of telling him the truth that she is not satisfied with circumstances surrounding the death of her husband in the Chikangawa forest on Monday, 10th June, 2024.
He said it was not surprising to see that President Chakwera who was the guest of honor at the launch failed to deliver his speech and immediately started walking out before the National Anthem was played to mark the end of the function.
The activist has claimed that President Chakwera had he known that the function was prepared for him to hear the words of justice, he would not have gone there saying he even lost his way out and was directed by his security details the right direction to take.
In her speech, Madam Mary Chilima said she continue to mourn and seek convincingly answers as to why such a visionary, hard-working, humble, patriotic, peace-loving, and prayerful son of the soil had to die in such circumstances.
“There are still many unanswered questions regarding those 24 hours and so far, efforts to address these concerns have fallen short of being satisfactory,” reads an extract from Mary Chilima’s speech.
She said despite that she recognizes Dr. Saulosi Klaus Chilima now transcends earthly worries and that through the SKC Foundation, the legacy of Dr. Saulosi Chilima remains alive, unstoppable, and undefeated.
Activist Pastor Moses Shumba has praised Mary Chilima for being a true activist out of all activists in Malawi congratulating her for inviting those that took a hand in killing her husband to come to the launch to be thanked for the actions they did.
Pastor Shumba has referred Mary Chilima as a woman in the Holy Bible-Ester Chapter 5 verse 3 that those who organized the plane to crash were known claiming that she wanted to invite them in person to explode her bombshell of concerns without answers.
“God bless Mary Chilima for praying with faith, it was good to invite President Chakwera and his MCP to share her concerns equally as those of Malawians,” he said.
Pastor Moses Shumba has finally said Malawians will not stop speak on circumstances surrounding Dr. Saulosi Chilima’s death and eight others in fear of police arrests saying if it is to arrest, let Madam Mary Chilima be arrested for telling President Chakwera in person that she is not satisfied.
