Lekani Katandula has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer(CFO) for ABF Sugar at the group’s central office in the UK.
This well-deserved promotion comes after his remarkable achievements as Managing Director of Illovo Sugar Malawi, a position he held since April 2020.
In his new role, Katandula will leverage his expertise to drive financial excellence and support the group’s strategic objectives.
Katandula joined Illovo in August 2015 as Financial Director, bringing with him nearly two decades of experience from his time at Deloitte.
As part of Associated British Foods, ABF Sugar is the global sugar division that oversees Illovo Sugar Malawi, among other operations.
