Ken Zikhale late brother laid to rest as Malawians join in to console the family

The body of the late Isaac Mavuto Ng’oma, a younger brother to Homeland Security Minister, Ken Zikhale Ng’oma has been laid to rest in the afternoon of Tuesday, 16th April 2024 at HHI cemetery in Blantyre.

Deliverimg the condolence message from President Lazarus Chakwera to the bereaved family, MCP’ Deputy Publicity Secretary, Kondi Msungama described Mavuto Ng’oma as someone who was  instrumental in strengthening the grassroots of Malawi Congress Party and that his death has left a gap.

“The President is deeply saddened with the demise of Mavuto Ng’oma, and the MCP family has lost a patriotic and dedicated member” mourned Msungama.

Delivering the message on behalf of the bereaved family, Vinijole Manda thanked President Chakwera for the support rendered to the family at the time of Ng’oma’s illness and his death.

Malawi leader condoled the family with K1 million.

Born on 21st September 1965, Isaac Mavuto Ng’oma died on Monday 15th April 2024 at Mwayiwathu Hospital in Blantyre after succumbing to cancer.
