Former Nyasa Big Bullets midfielder Mike Mkwate has dismissed rumours that he is coming back home following the termination of his contract with South African National First Division side Polokwane City.
There were rumours on Social Media that Mkwate was coming back to Malawi to join his former team (Bullets) or Silver Strikers but the player says he is not coming home sooner.
The former Wizards FC attacker says he is currently on the hunt for a new club in South Africa.
Mkwate who joined Polokwane in 2021 on a two-and-half-year deal, says he decided to terminate his contract with the club due to lack of game time.
The player has not been featured in any competitive game since February last year because of the alleged disciplinary issues but the team has been refusing to let go of the player despite a request by his manager.
