Malawi’s most followed Entertainment network ‘Mikozi’ have announced the establishment of their state-of-the-art Creative Studio in Blantyre.
In a Facebook announcement , Mikozi revealed that they began constructing the studio in 2022.
The statement reads, “After successfully positioning arts as a powerful marketing tool, Mikozi StudioLive set its sights on a more ambitious goal: harnessing arts and creativity to drive economic growth through job creation and foreign exchange generation by digitally exporting creative work.
To achieve this, Mikozi StudioLive paused its online performance sessions and began constructing the Mikozi Creative Studios fom 2022 to 2024. This new facility is designed to support the long-term objective of positioning arts and creativity as a competitive force in the global market.”
Meanwhile, Malawi’s award-winning music star Onesmus is set to perform at the newly built studio tonight as one way of launching it.
