Local girl as she is fondly known, musician Keturah Milimo has hit gold after striking a deal to record her next album in USA. The singer is already in America for the project
Keturah’s move gives her a new environment,far from the environment that was dominated by her falling out with former Manager/ ex boyfriend Pemphero Mphande.
Keturah move to America has been facilitated by Jacaranda Cultural centre. In a statement from Luc Deschamps ,he says
“Keturah recording new album in America!
When Keturah told Marie Da Silva and I she was looking for a new sound and new ideas for her album, we decided to help. We sent her songs to our friend, Grammy nominated producer Harlan Steinberger who owns state of the art recording studio Hen House Studios in Los Angeles, CA. Harlan loved Keturah’s music and offered to record her album with world famous Playing For Change band as her back up band”
