Ntopwa 1 Jomo Osman is  Blantyre City’s New Deputy Mayor

Renowned Football Administrator and Supporter Isaac Jomo Osman popularly known as Ntopwa 1,  has been elected as the Deputy Mayor of the city of Blantyre.

The Nthandizi Ward Councillor is the owner of Ntopwa Football Clubs and an avid fan of FCB Nyasa Big Bullets.

Joseph Makwinja who was the deputy mayor has now been elected Mayor for Blantyre City succeeding Wild Ndipo who has been holding the position for two terms.

The Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) councillor amassed 16 votes against 14 of Gertrude Chirambo from a total of 30 ballots cast.
