It is possible to have a Malawi where the rights, dignity, and potential of persons with disabilities are fully realised, and this Flag Week should be an igniting beacon of hope for a brighter and more inclusive future for Malawi. With these remarks, I am pleased to declare the observance of 2023 MACOHA Flag Week from 17th November to 24th,” said Chakwera.
