Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS) has announced the death of one of its Geological Engineering Lecturers Annie Jere Chalera.
In a statement, the University says Chalera died on Tuesday after being involved in a car accident along the Midima Road near Nguludi Turn-off.
“She was then taken to Nguludi Health Centre where she passed on,” reads the University’s statement in part.
The late Chalera also
once worked as a Geologist at Akatswiri Mineral Resources.
