Village Head Sam in the area of Traditional Authority Mwilang’ombe has commended Karonga Debate Club (KADEC) for implementing a sexual reproductive health and rights project in the district saying it has enabled girls to protect themselves from early marriages and pregnancies.

In an interview, he described the project to be very helpful to both girls and young women in the district.
“The project has helped us so much in this district as most women and girls are now able to protect their reproductive health and cases of teen pregnancies and early marriages have gone down,” he said.
