South African Afro-pop singer Young Stunna of ‘Adiwele’ fame is set to perform in Malawi at the Beerland Festival Entertainment Platform to be held on May 5,2024 in Blantyre.
This is according to communication from Beerland Festival.
“The ultimate Beerland experience is about to hit Blantyre. Join us as we deliver to you a night of unforgettable music fun, which will be supported by our top DJs and South African Young Stunna,” reads the communication in part.
In a separate interview, Beerland Festival director Kennedy Maluwa said the coming of the South African artist is part of the company’s vision to offer different experiences through their entertainment platform.
“Young Stunna represents one of the modern artists that have rocked the African continent at the moment. It is only prudent that we bring him here to share his magic and allow Malawian music lovers a feel of his art,” he said.
Young Stunna was born Sandile Fortune Msimango and he has worked with other renowned South African stars such as DJ Maphorisa and DJ Kabza De Small.
Some of his popular hits include Sete, Bayeke and Jele.
