Standard Bank has handed over K30 Million sponsorship towards the inaugural Kumbali Live event slated for November 11 at Kumbali Country Lodge in Lilongwe.
The music event will feature performances by Ami Faku from South Africa, along with captivating performances by Lawi and George Kalukusha.
Speaking after receiving the donation Kumbali Country Lodge General Manager Ian D’Heygere said the company is passionate in supporting different talents in the country. D’Heygere also thanked Standard Bank for the generous sponsorship
“At Kumbali, we’ve always been staunch supporters of the arts, with a particular passion for music. We’re dedicated to championing talented artists and offering them a platform to shine. Our newly constructed castle garden will serve as a one-of-a-kind backdrop, ensuring an unparalleled and unforgettable experience for all attendees,” he said.
Kumbali Country Lodge has organized ‘Kumbali Live’ in partnership with Pa Khonde Sessions and Lawi Music Group with title sponsorship from Standard Bank.
