Vice President Dr. Michael Bizwick underscored the pivotal role of human capital in national development during the 2024 Human Resource Society of Malawi annual lakeshore conference, held in Mangochi today.
In his keynote address, Dr. Usi emphasized that while countries, organizations, and companies can make significant efforts, the successful implementation of their goals ultimately hinges on their human capital. He stated, “Human capital is the most competitive advantage for any organization or country. Embracing integrity to avoid corruption, as well as personal commitment to work, is all about human capital.”
The conference, which convened HR experts from across Malawi, focused on exploring and sharing best practices for harnessing human capital effectively. Dr. Usi’s remarks highlighted the need for a committed and ethical workforce to drive progress and ensure successful outcomes.
